Editorial

Alif Productions was founded more than twenty years ago. Our main focus is on creative or socially conscious documentaries but we produce all kinds of documentaries broadcast by European and Mediterranean channels. Our favourite themes are Mediterranean culture, History, the problems related to the integration of immigrants and social matters in general. We also develop projects in relation to the performing arts.

We have already concluded a number of joint productions and our present strategy is to launch joint productions with a wider market potential more systematically. Three of present our projects are part of this strategy: "Tassili N'Ajjer" (52'), "Tunisian women, half a century later" (52'), "Mediterranean flavours" (10x26'), "A century in the Arab World" (3x52'). Our Euro-Mediterranean network and collaboration with well-known directors are invaluable assets for international partnerships.
