The feature lenght film by Hubert Laba Ndao Dakar Trottoirs, beneficiary project of the ACPCultures+ Programme, will be released in Senegal on 6 January 2014.
The premiere will take place at the Theatre Daniel Sorano in Dakar on 13 December 2013.
Dakar Trottoirs is the story of an unusual love between Siirou and Salla, two young people who were street children and who face the harsh realities of some African urban youth. The film follows a group of marginalised youth who, with their coming of age, find themselves confronted with a new set of dreams and ambitions.
